We do not accept Returns of our baked goods although we want every customer to be happy and will happily replace any product that does not meet suitable standard or that arrives damaged upon delivery.
Upon receipt of the returned product we will examine it and replace either with in store stock or via store credit. In order to replace the product we must be notified upon receipt of the product. We will not replace after 24 hours.
Some items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. These include:
- pre paid orders
- paid bookings for in house wedding tastings
- Retail items
- Gift certificates
Delivery fees will not be refunded however, should the item/s be damaged in transit, we will arrange/ coordinate a delivery for replacement so long as the courier is available and it is within standard delivery service hours.
