Orders and Delivery

Orders:

We ask for 24 hours advance notice pretty please (give us a call with any request... we'll always do our best).  48-72hours for any custom orders.

How to order:

Please give us a call at our shop 647-352-2257.  One of our Cupcake Slingers will be happy to assist in answering all of your cupcakes questions. 

We ask for advance payment for all advance and phone orders.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Cash.

Delivery:

We require a minimum 48 hours advanced notice for all delivery requests.  Please give us a 2 hour window and we will have it to your door, office, building lickity split!  Minimum order requirements are listed by "good", on the website!  No minimum dollar amount required! 

We are occasionally able to accommodate same day requests depending upon our courrier availability.  Holler at us and try!

FAQ’s

Do you ship cupcakes?  Yes we gladly ship cupcakes outside of Toronto with the frosting in a container on the side

Can I freeze my baked goods:  absolutely!  Most items freeze really well.  For local deliveries, request to have your cookies delivered rolled and frozen with baking instructions!  You can pop them in the oven when company comes and take all the credit!

Can I pay by cash or cheque?  We gladly accept cash but do not accept cheques. 

I would like to order a large quantity, do you have wholesale pricing?  We do offer wholesale pricing, however, this is for re sale opportunities only.  We always try to help get you the best price- no need to fret!

I have a peanut allergy do you have peanut free options?  We have plenty of options without peanuts, however, the kitchen is not peanut free.  We would hate to make promises so please eat at your own risk.

Can you inform me of the ingredients in my order?  We would gladly respond to any email requesting an ingredient list.
