The prefect accompaniment to fresh fruit and yoghurt or even on it's own. Rich in insanely healthy ingredients with a cinnamon twist.

Holt Renfrew used to sell these every Christmas when I worked there. I decided to make my own. They are amazing.

You will never want beer nuts again after trying these. They are sweet with a little heat a handful of crunch you just can’t beat.

A family holiday tradition. Caramel coated popcorn with a mixture of nuts will have you shoveling this into your mouth. It won’t be pretty.
